Privacy Policy
We keep this simple because we collect very little. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Who is responsible
QuestionForge is operated by Adrian Skowron, based in Poland (European Union), who is the data controller for your personal data. You can reach us at adrian.skowron95@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed (encrypted) password.
- Billing: a Stripe customer and subscription identifier and your plan status. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data.
- Usage: the keywords and locations you search and the results we generate, saved to your research history.
- Technical: your IP address and browser user-agent, linked to your login sessions.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
We use your data to run your account, deliver and save your search results, process subscriptions through Stripe, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running your account, searches and billing) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run QuestionForge: Stripe for payments, our hosting and infrastructure provider, and the search-data providers used to generate your results. We never sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise it, except for records we're legally required to retain — for example invoices kept for tax and accounting.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at adrian.skowron95@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. International transfers
Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it's covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and to run the service. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
