Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using QuestionForge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. Who we are

QuestionForge is operated by Adrian Skowron, based in Poland (European Union). You can reach us at adrian.skowron95@gmail.com.

2. What QuestionForge does

QuestionForge is a keyword-research tool. You enter a seed keyword and we build an interactive map of related questions and follow-ups, along with metrics such as search volume, difficulty and trends, plus questions mined from public community discussions. These figures are estimates provided for research purposes — we don't guarantee their accuracy and you shouldn't rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. An account is for a single person, and you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to use it.

4. Acceptable use

Please use QuestionForge fairly. You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-export or otherwise overload the service;
  • reverse-engineer it or try to break its security;
  • resell or redistribute our results as a competing dataset;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans & payments

QuestionForge offers a free plan and paid plans with higher daily search limits. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. All payments and card processing are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

7. Availability

We work to keep QuestionForge running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use QuestionForge after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not affect the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence within the EU.
